" Very nice property and friendly staff. This is an older hotel but it was exceptionally clean with nice updates to the interior of the rooms. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Townsend. "

"I liked the nature & wildlife experience. Fair price point for the space for our (10) guest.
I didn’t like the overall condition of the property. Broken & outdated appliances. Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking.
Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out."
