Perfect Retreat

Wonderful place to stay! Really enjoyed everything the property had to offer - the views, privacy, local bears 🐻, game room, hot tub, space. Highly recommend! After a busy day out and about it was SO nice to come home to such an amazing place!

Perfect getaway

This year, we especially needed a relaxed getaway. This cabin was perfect. Beautiful views and secluded. We even saw three bears in the driveway the first morning we were there. We look forward to going back!

Family vacation before school starts!

We had an amazing time at Over The Top! Our host was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had! The property was just as described and perfect for our family of 5. The teenage boys had their space upstairs, my daughter downstairs, and my husband and I on the main level! At night we would all hangout and play pool, listen to music, and relax in the hot tub! We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room for privacy from other guests (if needed) Love the privacy it offers. Cabins are close but you don't see them or feel like you are on top of neighbors. Great for family gatherings!

This cabin has it all. Views from 3 decks over tree tops, not rooftops. Easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and GSM. If you are looking for good location, but with a feeling of seclusion, this is perfect.

Breathtaking view

We only stayed a couple days, wish we could have stayed longer but it was such a beautiful and cozy home! There was an plumbing issue during our stay, which the property manager promptly had fixed and stayed in communication with us. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing place to stay!

This was beyond our favorite place my family and I have stayed at when traveling to Gatlinburg. The owner was excellent in communication and really at everything. The views were breath taking and we even were able to see a bear from the balcony. Would highly recommend booking your next trip here. It was far enough out from all the crowds to be truly enjoyed, yet still close enough to feel as if you're in the heart of Gatlinburg with all of its great shops and restaurants.

Over The Top!!

Perfect name for this cabin, as everything was over the top! Great communication with owner who quickly responded to emails (did not have any problems, I just emailed her about the cabin being great). Decorations were so beautiful and cabin was clean on all 3 levels. Great views and the hot tub was so relaxing and private (despite being in a resort). Thank you to the owners for making our vacation wonderful!

Beautiful Cabin!

This place is just as described! No tricky photography needed here, there is no need as you don't have neighbors looking in on you!! It was well stocked and the furnishings were nice and updated. AMAZING views! Waking up and watching the sunrise from bed was the best. Beds are super comfortable. Loved the game room and the Wurlitzer Jukebox was a nice bonus.

Great getaway

Everything you need is already at this cabin. A beautiful view, games for the kids, porches for enjoying the outside, tv for Sunday night football, and a grill for steak night! This is about 20 minutes from most everything we went to do. Perfect! And the owners recommended Old Mill for breakfast. A MUST DO!

Perfect for a large family

We all enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful minus a couple trees in the way. The resort is breathtaking!! The only complaint I have is the Mattress on the 3rd floor needs replacing. Also the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. Overall it was a great place to stay. I give it 4 ⭐️

Amazing Views

Upon arrival we were amazed at the cleanliness of the cabin. Everything we needed was at our reach, the cabin lacked nothing. The sunrise from the balconies were breathtaking, that was my highlight first thing in the mornings. The game room was a definite plus, the kids and us adults throughly enjoy the pool table, juke box and oh let’s not forget the hot tub. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any bears, other than that, we had an amazing time.

Views for miles, but attention is in the details.

If you want a cabin getaway with a view, this is your spot in the smokies. the house has privacy due to it's hideaway driveway, and in the neighborhood of cabins, this is IDEAL to get the amenities, but feel exclusive. The master bedroom is huge and really nice for a family with kids - the loft is fun for little ones. Everything in the cabin is comfortable, but the bottom floor really shines for a family getaway. The Jukebox rocks, and the air hockey, pool table, arcade and hot tub kept the family going back for more. Laura was a super responsive owner and we hope to go back in the future when we need some escape from reality.
