This amazing 6,000 sqft, 3-story, 12 bedroom cabin is located just minutes from Wilderness Of The Smokies, Sevierville Golf Club, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood and is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, church groups, and weddings! Offering parking for 6 vehicles and boasting upscale furnishings and amenities such as a private, heated indoor pool, home theater, game room, hot tub, fire pit, mountain views, wifi throughout the cabin and more, you will surely find that Splash Mountain Lodge is the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for!

The cabin features a ramp for easy access to the entry level, making it wheelchair friendly.

Main Level:
The main level features the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining, guest bathroom, 2 King bedrooms, 2 full baths (one with zero entrance shower) and access to the deck with mountain views.
The indoor/outdoor lounge is a great gathering space to enjoy drinks at the bar, watch sports games with friends and socialize while enjoying the open air environment from the glass garage door.

Upper Level:
The upper level features 7 bedrooms with 7 full bathrooms, all ensuite.
- 3 bedrooms with King beds
- 2 bedrooms with Queen beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 Queen Bunks
- 1 bedroom with 1 Queen Bunk and 1 Twin Bunk

Lower Level:
The lower level features a heated indoor pool, theater room, game room (with pool table, arcade games), laundry (with washer/dryer), 3 King bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and access to the deck with hot tub and mountain views.

Bed Setup throughout the cabin: 8 Kings, 2 Queens, 3 Queen-over-Queen Bunks and 1 Twin Bunk

Great property but not ready for relaxing stay

We traveled from Florida and checked into this property on January 28, 2024, expecting a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the host failed to disclose that the neighborhood is an active construction zone. Upon arrival, we noticed significant construction debris—rebar, gravel, and cement blocks—making the exterior unsafe for children.Each morning, beginning at 7:30 AM, we were woken by loud construction—excavators, dump trucks, and cement deliveries on both sides of the house. The noise persisted throughout our stay. On Thursday, a construction crew even knocked on our door, requesting us to move our vehicles from our designated parking spots so they could complete their work next door.Despite contacting the host multiple times, their only response was an apology and the claim that it was out of their control. While the house itself is beautiful, the listing did not disclose the extent of the ongoing construction. At a premium price, we expected peace and relaxation, but instead, we experienced constant noise and safety concerns.Although the home is amazing, the property is not yet suitable for a relaxing stay due to early morning construction noise and hazardous debris extending onto the property, posing a danger to both children and adults.
