Cleanliness of everything was questionable. There are no pots or pans or most basic cooking utensils which in a place that sleeps so many was shocking. Requested garbage service and 3 days later still no pickup so half the kitchen had a pile of full garbage bags in it. Just about everything in here needs to be updated.

Good view, but needs work.
Cabin was nice but needs work. Carpet, mattress and TVs. Also needs a deep clean and painted. 90% of the people I spoke with were nice only one person was not. I was told I was good with the virtual check in and I wasn't, so I had to call them to get information to get in the cabin. A wash clothes or kitchen towels were there. They told me they were coming and never brought. Even after asking twice. TVs need work no controllers for some. One person in our party got most figured out. Trash was not picked up when requested so we had to leave 3 bags in the cabin. They need to not rent it for a fee weeks and go in and fix and update things. The priceof the cabin went up by over $2000.00 from this Octoberto next October. Not worth it if things and customer service is not fixed.

Upsetting!!
The property and cabin was filthy. Cannot use the jet tubs because black junk came out all over. Floors were filthy dirty! An overall bad and upsetting experience! Will not do that again!!!!

Great location
This house could be great. It needs a thorough cleaning and new furniture. When we arrived we were greeted with two large bags of trash and a very sticky floor. We called management and several hours later the trash was retrieved and a mop and cleaner were dropped off. The outside garbage was never emptied which resulted in a bear tipping over the garbage and damaging my vehicle. The appliances didn’t work well. The dishwasher was not working at all. If the house was updated it would be great for a large group. It is centered between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. It is quiet and secluded feeling despite having houses near it.

Great Weekend
The dish washer didn't work and some of the kitchen utensils need updated, other than that the cabin was very nice for the price.
