Sweet Cabin in the Woods

Perfect for a weekend away in the mountains! Close enough to PF and Gatlinburg to get out for the day if you want.

Fun times

We enjoyed how close this cabin was to in town. We could get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge within 20mins! The hot tub was amazing and we just had a great time all the way around. When we go back we'll be staying in this cabin again. Also the area is beautiful. We even got to see a momma bear and her cubs!

The place was filthy

there was not a grate over the air vents the filter for the air conditioner was completely utterly full. The floors run level. The banister to upstairs was very unsecure. It was not a beautiful place. It was not cool that they think that this was acceptable. I was so upset that I did not even contact them. We will never go back ever, the mountains are beautiful, but not Vacasa

Disappointing

The home seemed thrown together. The lights were just thrown about like a construction zone. There was spiderwebs throughout the cabin. The flooring upstairs by the tub is soft and may need replacement. The tub upstairs takes so long to fill it wasn’t even worth trying to use. We made breakfast one morning and realized there was hardly any pots/pans and only one fork. There wasn’t anything to clean our dirty dishes so we waited till the last night and were going to put in dish washer. Once we opened the dish washer, we realized we were short on utensils and pots because the washer was completely full of dirty dishes from the previous guests. I would consider changing cleaning companies if I was Vacasa
