Nestled at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains the Cozy Bear is located in the Sky Harbor Resort, just minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Private Tree House like setting wraps you in nature and maximum comfort during your stay. Explore the Great Smoky Mountains, hiking, zip-lining, horseback & helicopter rides, skiing, fly fishing, white water rafting, the local artist community or stay in for some serious R&R. Regardless of where your daily activities take you, return to the cabin and grill some steaks, shoot a game of pool while enjoying the wooded mountain views and wildlife from the hot tub or inside whirlpool tub. This is an active bear area, where bear are literally outside your door. Spacious Great Room design offers first floor living (no stairs) with a roaring 2 sided gas fire place visible from the great room and master King suite. Open the doors from the great room or master suite to the spacious patio with swinging bench, bistro set and hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen lets you cook up a meal while never missing the beautiful view. Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed this cabin. The owner was easy to get a hold of if needed. We enjoyed watching a mama bear and her three cubs that stayed around the cabin for two days. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Cozy cabin with beautiful view

We absolutely loved our stay in the mountains. We used the hot tub every day and enjoyed the view on the deck. The owner was wonderful to work with, the cabin was clean and welcoming. It was a short drive to Pigeon Forge or to Gatlinburg. They had tour magazines of the surrounding area and books where previous renters could put what they did. Would stay there again!

Weekend in the Mountains

We had a lovely time at this cozy cabin. Directions to the place were clear, check in was easy, communication with Karey was impeccable and the couches and bed are super comfy! The hot tub on the deck was nice after a busy day of exploring.

Perfect relaxing getaway cabin!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The owner was so nice and made the process so easy for us newlyweds! Highly recommend! I will say the drive was a little nerve racking at first but wasn’t that bad! Just be prepared. Location was amazing and in such a great neighborhood! Overall and amazing experience! Highly recommend!!

The cabin was gorgeous, so well-appointed, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously! The quick route down to Gatlinburg was perfect. We woumd recommend this to anyone headed to these mountains!

My wife and I couldn't have stayed at a better place. It was beautiful, clean and private. The view was great and just over all a great cabin. The price was great and the property manager was very nice. We enjoyed the weekend for our Anniversary. Definitely will stay there again.

Bear Aware!!!

Property was clean and neat, covered deck w/hot tub was perfect after our days exploring the national park. The shower was great good hot water and good water pressure too!! Probably the best part was the bears, there was plenty to see in the area, we watched one for an afternoon foraging right behind the cabin. Overall a great stay and a great host!!!

Amazing!

Cozy Bear Cabin was a wonderful, relaxing and fun get away with my boyfriend! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! The big king size bed was nice and comfortable! It was very clean and comfy! Wish we could have stayed longer!
