This house is located just steps away from the Douglas Lake shoreline. Open views, a wide deck to enjoy with family or friends, and a newly renovated interior. The house is also located at the end of a little campground/tiny homes and has a community playground!

*Please NOTE*
Douglas Lake is a Reservoir so water is usually at or near full capacity March through Sept and it is low or gone in winter. The view is still beautiful regardless of the water level.

Beautiful Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay here and my husband loved being so close to the water to fish. Only thing I could recommend is a washer and dryer so you don’t have to go to the laundromat. But was a very fun trip.

Cute little cabin

Cute little cabin, but sleeps 6 well. Excellent fishing for the kids and swimming. Short drive for groceries and attractions at Sevierville. Host is very responsive

Location is perfect

If you are looking for a convenient location to Pigeon Forge while staying on the lake this place is perfect, It's about a 20 min drive. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with!

Relaxing family vacation

Adorable little home. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Nice yard for kids to play. It doesnt state in the listing that this property is within a trailer park of sorts. This wasnt a problem. Quiet place. Lake was enjoyable to swim but it does have a rick bottom rather than clay so take wayer shies!
