The Space:

The private barn movie theater is a standout feature, complete with a 72” projector screen, surround sound, and a reclining loveseat—perfect for cozy movie nights. For more fun, the cabin includes a pool table, arcade, and classic board/card games.

Relax in the hot tub on the covered patio, soak in the large indoor jacuzzi tub, or enjoy evenings by the smokeless firepit under twinkling string lights. Inside, the two electric fireplaces and Smart TVs add comfort and entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking together, and the stainless steel grill is great for outdoor meals. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, this cabin is a relaxing retreat in the heart of the Smokies.

Additional Amenities:

• BYOP (Bring Your Own Password) for all Smart TVs and movie theater
• 7’ pool table with cues, board/card games, and multicade
• Stacked washer and dryer in the cabin

• Kitchen: Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, toaster, serving utensils, baking pans, plates, silverware, various glasses (plastic, drinking, wine). Keurig Duo with traditional coffee pot and K-Cup options, variety of coffees, sugars, tea bags, starter spice kit included.

• Outside: Camp-style seating area with smokeless firepit (BYO firewood), front porch with swinging bench and rocking chairs, large hot tub on back patio.

• Parking: Private driveway for up to 2 vehicles (1 recommended), paved for easy access.

Guest Access:
The entire cabin and property is included in the rental, please enjoy yourselves!

The Neighborhood:
Located about 10 minutes west of Pigeon Forge, this area is close enough to the entertainment, food, and attractions along the parkway, but far enough away to feel like you've escaped the city life. This is a small neighborhood with a mixture of vacation rentals and permanent residences.

Other Things to Note:
• Speaking of being close to nature, this means there are all types of animals and critters living in the surrounding woods. One of these are bears. These bears are not afraid of being around humans, and are foragers that are constantly looking for your leftovers to eat.

This means you should not leave items that smell in your vehicle, whether that is food, cosmetics, or anything else. Bears have been known to enter cars in search of their next meal. This also means trash either needs to be kept in the cabin, or in the bearproof trash cans at all times.

Ultimately, the best way to keep nature in nature is to keep your doors and windows closed!

• Shower dispensers are filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have specific allergies or preferences please feel free to bring your own

• Please keep in mind this is a home, not a hotel, and if an issue arises we will do our best to resolve it ASAP, but nobody is living on site 24/7

•A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge will be provided. This may not be enough for the entirety of your stay. If you have any specific brands or additional items that you would like to have, please visit a pharmacy or supermarket in town.

• There is an exterior security camera installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. This camera is actively recording video and audio of the front patio/driveway area of the home. Any tampering with camera, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds for early termination of reservation without refund.

• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.

Interaction with Guests:
I aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need me, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.
