With plenty of room to relax, cook, and spend time together, it’s a solid choice for a family trip to the Smoky Mountains. Whether you're planning to explore nearby attractions or stay in and unwind, this cabin makes it easy to enjoy your time.
Inside “Countryside Comfort,” you’ll find 4 bedrooms with king-size beds for a comfortable night’s rest. The fully equipped kitchen includes quality cookware for easy meal prep. The game room features a pool table and arcade games, and the private theater room includes a large screen with 8 comfortable seats—great for movie nights or watching the game. The indoor heated pool makes it easy to relax year-round, no matter the weather.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Sevierville and 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, this family-friendly cabin is just 10 minutes from downtown Sevierville. Nearby attractions include Tanger Outlets, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Dig’n Zone Theme Park, Wilderness at the Smokies, and the Tennessee Museum of Aviation. With plenty of activities for all ages, it’s a great spot for families looking to explore and spend time together.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Booking Confirmation Procedure:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• No parties/fraternity groups allowed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!
Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.
----- FINE POLICY -----
Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.

- Check out before 10 AM.
- Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings.
- If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position.
- Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout.
