Smoky Mtn Vacation-Theater-Hot Tub-Fire Table

Smoky Seclusion is a great family cabin or for several couples and has a great location! Centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 9 miles to Dollywood. RELAX in this quiet, wooded retreat. Come home and soak in the HOT TUB after a day of hiking or sit around the FIRE TABLE and just take a deep breath of mountain air. It is SPACIOUS enough for families or groups. Beautiful high ceilings and open concept with well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room with seating for 10, see through gas fireplace. Main floor has a 1/2 bathroom and living room with smart TV and has 1 of 3 King Bedrooms with full attached Bathrooms. The lower level has 2 more King Bed suites/full bathrooms, a Theater Room to binge Netflix or to watch your favorite movie on the 108" screen. In the upper level/loft you will find the 4th Bedroom with 2 Double beds and the Game Room with pool table and board games to enjoy. This cozy cabin is the perfect choice for your Smoky Mountain Vacation. Fireplaces may be turned off April 1st in this cabin and in most cabins in the Smoky Mtns.

Winter: This is a mountain community. Winter bookings are strongly encouraged to have a 4WD/AWD, or tire chains and travel insurance. If bad weather affects your travel plans you will be referred to your travel insurance for refunds.

$100/night per person over stated max (12) occupancy

There is an exterior audio/video camera located at the front entrance facing the driveway. There are NO cameras inside the cabin. Please don't touch or tamper with the camera or you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The cabin is in the woods, so you may see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay - do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.

Please supervise children under the age of 18. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation is made. We recommend Travel Insurance. Any cancellation request within the non cancellation period will be referred to your travel insurance.

Condiments, zip locks, charcoal are NOT provided.

A complimentary starter pack pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, and paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. Nearby stores offer everything you need for an extended escape. Linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged $500 and you will likely be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires except for the propane fireplace, fire table and camp grill! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

Please do not unplug TVs, internet routers, or cable boxes.

We were so pleased with our cabin, and had a fantastic trip! The cabin was just as promised; family-friendly, clean, and very quiet/secluded. There was multiple balconies for the adults to sit out and enjoy nature, plus indoor games/activities for the kids. We loved the fire table on the deck, the hot tub, and the theater room. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend working with Justin for your next trip!

Went with a bunch of friends for a relaxing long weekend and a trip to Dollywood (only 15 minutes away). The house is beautiful. It’s super clean. The hosts were responsive and the process was smooth.I highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back.

Our week at Pigeon Forge was fantastic. This location was around 20 minutes to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Justin was a great host and very responsive to any needs. Place was clean and welcoming. Our time was amazing, but as with most places in the area, the hill leading up to the cabin was a steep one. It was fully accessible with our 2WD minivan, but took a couple times up to get used to. Would definitely stay again.

This home was exactly as described! The location was ideal, away from the crowds and close enough to attractions. The theater room was a great feature. We are a family that doesn't eat out much, we like to cook and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Justin is a great communicator and checked on us to make sure everything good. Justin was an excellent host and on top of the game. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Justin made sure my family had everything we needed for our vacation and went above and beyond to make our experience pleasurable. The cabin was beautiful and clean with lots of space. Rental process was easy. Justin was quick to respond to small questions. Drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was beautiful and traffic was lite. Drive up to cabin is a little steep but even the daughters 4 cylinder made it with no trouble. Three king bedrooms setup the same way easy room assignment.

Smokey Seclusion was a great choice for our vacation group. We had two families staying; one with teenagers and one with littles, and the cabin met both our needs. Because the property is halfway between the National Park and the more tourist areas in Pigeon Forge, we had easy access to everything and got to experience all the region had to offer. The property manager was very attentive and had great communication. The cabin was clean and had all of the essentials. The hot tub and the movie room was a great bonus to an already great vacation rental. Five stars!

My family and I had a great time at this cabin. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The pictures didn't do this place full justice as it was just gorgeous. The owner was very accommodating, and truly provides everything you need. They thought of everything!! Just bring your own flashlight in case power goes out because a bad wind storm came through and knocked that right out for some hours. The kids love the movie theater. I can see myself booking this cabin again. Maybe next time I'll get to see a bear! LOL

This property is beautiful, but I would recommend a new cleaning service. When we arrived we ended up having to wash all the dishes before using them. There were also roaches in the kitchen. As a group we have been booking VRBO’ for the past 6 years and this is the first one that we have stayed at literally had nothing, right down to salt and pepper. I would suggest supplying more towels also. Dave
