Steps to the Waterfront

Located just 50 metres from the 1770 boardwalk and parklands, Sunset Villa places you close to beaches, picnic spots, walking paths, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and calm water swims. Agnes Water Main Beach, cafes, and shops are only a short drive away.

There is no WiFi, and mobile coverage can be limited, making Sunset Villa the perfect place to disconnect, slow down, and reset.

Additional features include linen and bath towels (just bring beach towels), a welcome pack of essentials, washing machine, outdoor clothes horse, and easy coastal living.

Sunset Villa is all about simplicity - a quiet, pet-friendly escape where the views, sea breeze, and relaxed surroundings do the work.
