"Villa Mediterranea is well positioned in Bol - midway between town and main beach. Rooms and beds are comfortable with efficient air-condioning. Staff pleasant and helpful. "The Oasis Life went above and beyond for our one week holiday in August. The hotel is very well presented and clean. We had zero complaints about the property. We traveled as a group of 6 (taking 3 rooms) for our friends 30th birthday. The hotel provided a bottle of cava and a birthday cake for our friend which allowed her to have a lovely birthday around the hotel that morning. "This property has good security and is very close to the beach, as advertised. My only qualms were that I couldn’t lock my balcony door, which was in the ground level. Also, my first night, my internet went out and there was no hot water left to shower. Overall, it’s a good value! I think both the issues were temporary & the balcony is an easy fix. "

"We had travelled around for 6 weeks and this had to be the worse bed I've ever tried to sleep in. You could feel every spring in the mattress and when moving the bed would creak. Everything stunk like smoke and you had to pay extra for the air conditioning!! We choose this hotel as it had private parking, however when we got there we were advised we would have to park on the street 200m away next to a building site which wasn't peace of mind when you have a rental vehicle. "Beautiful setting, view of the SANDY beach from our balcony and the most amazing breakfast! We stayed for only one night and wished we had booked for longer, but this was one of many stops on a road trip through Croatia. Would definitely recommend."
