Our Deluxe apartment was on the fourth floor. It had all of the amenities you could expect and was comfortable. The only issue was that the shower was the smallest I have ever been in. The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. "It’s a lovely little apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The communication was great! There were some items missing. For example, no wine opener. The shower door leaks out the bottom. Overall a lovely place and a great price! "
