The location is peaceful and only 8 minutes from downtown Helen. We loved our short stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"We had an absolutely amazing week at the Hideaway! The house was comfortable, cozy, and had a phenomenal view! Even though the square footage is small the cabin has plenty of room for the two of us and four would be comfortable as well. The property was exactly as described with several nice little extras to make visitors comfortable. The owner answered every question (and we had a bunch) and assisted us when we needed some help with a forgotten item."

"First my main thing was it was not worth the . I’ve stayed in much nicer for less. The cabin was nice. The hill is too steep to go to the water. There weren’t many working lights for downstairs. The batteries were dead in the remotes, so we had to go buy some. Definitely needs new washer and dryer. "

"This location is great for a family getaway to Helen and surrounding area. It’s close enough to make it convenient but, far enough away to have some peace and quiet in the mountains . Everything was clean and neat and well cared for. The decor was well done. I love that the bears are creatively placed . EV charger was very convenient. My only suggestion would be to have a bedroom with two beds."
