Was a long walk to my room with many uneven steps along the boardwalk without any offer of help with my bags. I felt reception was quite poor - check in at 3pm and i arrived ..."

"Staff are exceptional - friendly, kind, helpful. There's nothing fancy about the place, but nothing fancy is needed, given the surroundings. I especially enjoyed my balcony with the fan. Breakfast is decent and it's only a 20 min walk to the orangutan rehab centre and 5 mins to the rainforest discovery ..."

Overall okay.
"Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though."

"We stayed at an alternate property because the advertised one wasn’t ready. However, the owner notified us well in advance. The condo was quiet and the air conditioning worked.
