"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were basic, but comfortable. There was entertainment going on outside and it sounded like the person singing was in our room. The structure didn't block outside nose very well."

"裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！"

"We stayed at an alternate property because the advertised one wasn’t ready. However, the owner notified us well in advance. The condo was quiet and the air conditioning worked. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. For the price paid it was a good value and not too far from the airport. Good as a jumping ..."

Jul 23, 2019Sandakan is a gateway to other places like the Kinabatangan River and wildlife viewing. That was why I chose it for my stay but I didn’t really explore Sandakan itself.

Jun 30, 2019Sandakan should really just be seen as a stop over place. You don’t need a “free day” as there’s nothing to explore. One day to see orangutans, sunbears, and proboscis monkeys is more than sufficient.
