"Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again."

"Such a great hotel for long stay! Front desk staff were lovely and helpful! Housekeeping was amazing and made sure that my room was clean and was restocked with amenities. Hotel itself is surrounded by many tasty food spots and many metro/bus stations! When I come back to Seoul, I’ll make sure to stay in the same hotel for long stay!"

"A typical 4 star residence hotel, although many websites indicated it to be a 5 star hotel. Room was clean but old, and water pressure is unimpressive. The layout is quite inconvenient, given the fact that the bathroom is pretty far from the bedroom (no access to the bathroom directly from the bedroom). The staff was professional and courteous, although at times they were very busy handling multiple guests and residents (this building is shared by hotel guests and the senior residents). ...
