"The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. The main issues we had were that there did not seem to be a way to do laundry and the kitchenette was not well stocked (as in it didn't have any cookware, utensils or plates). They gave us dishes when we asked for them, but told us we couldn't use the frying pan...which made cooking difficult. So we basically used just the hot water pot and microwave for cooking. "The room is a good size, but definitely not like what's in the photos (little more worn down). It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy.
