"Location was very close to town. Debbie the property manager maintained great communication up until check in and to verify that everything was good at the property. She made sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or problems. The property was very clean and comfortable. "My wife and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend in this quaint apartment on the second story of a 19th-century house. The apartment was larger than anticipated, spotless, and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, and Dene was a great communicator and very accommodating giving us great recommendations for cycling routes and restaurants. I would stay here again if visiting the region! Thank you Dene for being such a great host!"

"We rented this place when we moved our YA into Syracuse University. The location is near the school and other areas we needed to access. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. "

"The accomodations were stellar. We've stayed at 6 other locations for our annual family fishing trip. Mary and Gary have done this one right. Im used to bringing extra stuff for cooking, didnt need any of it this year. As far as my family is concerned, this is our forever spot!"

"Good location, pictures are somewhat deceiving compared to the actual condition of the property, it is quite dated, and especially the living room has a strong smell. Luckily we overcame this by opening the windows, but on hotter or colder days that wouldn't be an option.That being said it was clean and served our purposes. "We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. "I loved the look of it in the photos, and when I first arrived, I was even more charmed by what I encountered in person. However, once I started needing to use the facilities, especially the kitchen, I realized that they were in dire need of renovation/swapping out. The cottage can easily retain the vintage/rustic feel and be a much more pleasant nook with a new kitchen and bathroom.
