"Location was very close to town. Debbie the property manager maintained great communication up until check in and to verify that everything was good at the property. She made sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or problems. The property was very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay and we would definitely plan on staying there again. "

"My wife and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend in this quaint apartment on the second story of a 19th-century house. The apartment was larger than anticipated, spotless, and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, and Dene was a great communicator and very accommodating giving us great recommendations for cycling routes and restaurants. I would stay here again if visiting the region! Thank you Dene for being such a great host!"

"I reserved the property for a last minute getaway and was glad to be able to bring my dog. Chay was so helpful and check in was super easy. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. There are other units in the building but I never heard any of my neighbors. Thank you! "

"We rented this place when we moved our YA into Syracuse University. The location is near the school and other areas we needed to access. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. "

"The accomodations were stellar. We've stayed at 6 other locations for our annual family fishing trip. Mary and Gary have done this one right. Im used to bringing extra stuff for cooking, didnt need any of it this year. As far as my family is concerned, this is our forever spot!"

"Good location, pictures are somewhat deceiving compared to the actual condition of the property, it is quite dated, and especially the living room has a strong smell. Luckily we overcame this by opening the windows, but on hotter or colder days that wouldn't be an option.That being said it was clean and served our purposes. FYI, if you are planning on being there Thursday night be prepared, the rooftop bar across the street is an off the hook dance party! However Friday and Saturday were more...

"It was a great space and had a good kitchen area for cooking. One thing that would put this over the top would be a cutting board and a dish drainer. The bed was so comfortable and the linens soft. The neighbors were quiet with little to no street traffic. Great location. "

Optional boat rental was a plus!!...comfortable home!….bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and there were plenty of towels. stairs were steep and some areas needed upgrading but overall… great stay and had a good time!! "Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine.
