Raised this issue with the property manager on day one...to no avail. Also the windows (which are a major feature of the apartment) were filthy (inside). Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery were unclean, we were given one hand towel and one bath...

Things to consider, like I believe most places in Europe, there is no air conditioning which was really rough on us this week in July. They have a fan that worked great, but never really got a chance to cool down appropriately which made it difficult to sleep.
