We appreciated the kitchen and the space, and we liked having laundry facilities in the building, although the washing machines did not work terribly well and the drying feature didn't work at all. "New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in."

"Cute, quiet, comfortable studio. However it is a new building and some kitchen appliances were not hooked up, there was no tv connection or washing machines yet, and management gave us the wrong WiFi password. Fortunately someone working in the building helped us with the correct password and the stove. Thank you Zamet (spelling?). I would definitely recommend this place (once everything works). "
