"Sandy Balls was a nice place to stay with our family in the New Forest, which we chose mainly as we had travelled with our large dog
The walks in the area were great and we spent a lot of time as a family exploring
The pool and sauna on site were not great for adults without young children as it was very busy but perfect for those families that were expecting the rough and tumble nature of these holiday swimming pools. There were no Adult Only sessions either early or later which would have been appreciated for leisure and exercise outside of the main family hours"

"They didn’t tell us they didn’t have any room on the ground floor day one when I had booked the hotel and requested a ground floor room for our disabled friend.
But when the day came, they sent an email and said they haven’t had any room in the round floor and they were going to prepare one for us with on top £40. Even thought they finally didn’t charge for it and we decided to have a room on the first floor instead. However, their way of managing the case was weird. They should not do it this way."
