Enjoy this very comfortable holiday villa! Sunset Villa Can Calco has been a well-known boutique hotel in the area for years. Now you can enjoy it to the full, staying with your family or friends and enjoying the privacy and comfort of a hotel. The house has 5 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub (one even has a shower and bathtub), spacious living-dining room, semi-industrial kitchen and a large terrace with swimming pool, with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains, the orientation of the terrace will allow you to enjoy magical sunsets!
Due to its location, Sunset Villa Can Calco is ideal to move easily around the island. It is excellent for cycling as Moscari is in the middle of the cycling route.

We have the possibility of hiring breakfast buffet or excellent Mediterranean dinners at Hotel New Can Furios with a 10% discount for being a client of Sunset Villa Can Calco.
In the village of Moscari you will find some bars-cafeterias, a tobacconist and a small shop where you can do your basic shopping. In Campanet (2,5 km away) or in Selva (3,5 km away) you will find a larger supermarket and other shops.
The nearby villages like Selva or Caimari are romantic mountain villages, interesting to visit. In Caimari you will find a modern olive oil mill, where they sell all kinds of local products and show how the "liquid gold" was pressed in the old days. Not far from here, in the car park of the public swimming pool of Caimari, you will find a little hidden treasure: among the bushes hides a small museum of old times and mountain work. On the outskirts of Campanet you will find the Caves of Campanet. They are not as big and not as commercial as the famous caves on the other side of the island, so you can enjoy a wonderful tour through the interior of our land, with all its beauties, such as stalagmites and stalactites, without having to cross the island.

Really nice place situated off the main square. 1 small shop, restaurant and bar in the town but other restaurants and bigger shops in nearby towns. Very quiet place and great views out over the pool.

Die Lage und die Abgeschlossenheit der Finca gaben eine privaten und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren groß, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war nicht besonders sauber, speziell in der Küche. Einiges Mobiliar im Garten muss dringend erneuert werden, weil kaputt. Ebenso das Sofa, weil sehr sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt alles etwas alt und verbraucht.

Perfekte Location für Familien- Feier

Die Finca liegt mitten im Dorf, Zimmer nach vorne etwa laut, Park-Plätze nicht vor dem Haus, aber im Dorf kostenlos, Die Straße von Inca aus schmal und etwas abenteuerlich. Zimmer sehr groß, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche groß mit allem was man zum kochen braucht. Super schöne Terrasse und Pool. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es könnte etwas sauberer sein, Alber sonst perfekt

La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien para ir con amigos pero ha habido algunas cosas que no nos han convencido del todo. La limpieza de la zona exterior y zona de piscina es bastante deficiente, se notaba poco cuidado todo el exterior. Además para ser una casa de estas características les faltaba cosas básicos de primera necesidad como utensilios de limpieza diaria, lavavajillas, estropajo, bolsas de basura, jabón de manos… vamos los mínimos cuando alquilas una casa a este precio. Por lo demás, tanto la ubicación cómo las fotos tal y como sale en el anuncio.
