It is a beautiful stone house with the best views in the Selva region, in northern Mallorca. It is a typical Mallorcan house, stone very thick, with a comfortable temperature, even in summer. The property offers 62m2 of space, within a total area of 7000m2. It has a private pool, with all the equipment required. It also has a porch and a furnished terrace. The house has spectacular views, perfectly seen from the terrace.
The interior of the house consists of two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. It has an open kitchen to living room, fully equipped. There is a bathroom inside, and another full outside by the pool.
