"Excellent customer service from the staff, and this hotel definitely caters to American tourists. It is about a 20 minute walk from the Vatican museum and there are a couple nice restaurants nearby as well and some grocery stores.. The breakfast was very good, and dinner at the restaurant was good too. There is a nice courtyard with a small pool to relax in which is great.
