"We had the most amazing stay at this home and would give it more than 5 stars if we could! The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed (beach chairs, bikes, coffee, and more). It’s in a fantastic location, walkable or bikeable to all of the resort amenities.The highlight of the house was without a doubt the kids’ hideaway. We had children ranging from 16 months to 10 years, and they all loved spending time there. It kept them entertained and gave the adults a chance to relax…total game changer. We brought two baby gates for the stairs and that worked perfectly for our younger ones.The host was incredible, super responsive and kind. I messaged him over a dozen times before our trip with questions, and he always replied within minutes and never made me feel like a bother. We also needed to change our travel dates, and he was so helpful and accommodating and made the whole process seamless.We’re already talking about booking again next year. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Beautiful home right on the bay. Plenty of room and everything you need. Beach access was so easy at Fenwick Island State Park but my teenagers just walked to the beach as it’s only a mile away. The community pool was so nice to end our days and having 2 great restaurants a stone’s throw away was a nice bonus. Eric was instantly responsive! "

"This was the first time we stayed at this location and the kids are already talking about a return trip! The property was very neat and clean when we arrived. Check in was easy for us. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out! Kitchen is well maintained and stocked with some essentials. We loved the location close to the front pool and shuffle board and Pickleball! Josie let us use chairs and pool noodles which was awesome! Josie was an amazing host!"

"Perfect location for my adult sons, their fiancés, and my husband and me. The other people at this property were so nice and helpful. We rented a pontoon boat which could be brought right to the facility dock. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch and look out at the lake. We had bikes and it was an easy and quick ride to the beach. Loved this place!"

"Our family had such a wonderful time at this lovely beach home! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home was clean, cozy, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere — it truly felt like a home away from home.We loved being just a short 10-minute drive from the beach, and the quiet, centrally located community made it easy to explore and relax. The open layout of the house was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — pots, pans, condiments, even a bag of ice — which made cooking so easy and convenient.Our two teenage boys especially enjoyed the bikes — they were such a hit and added an extra layer of fun to our stay! We also appreciated the gas grill for casual family meals.One small note: the master bed on the first floor was quite low to the ground and didn’t have a box spring, so it wasn’t the most comfortable for us. Raising it a bit would definitely make a great stay even better. Also, if you're traveling with a larger group, it's helpful to bring along a few extra towels, washcloths, bath soap, and toilet paper.All in all, we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our time here. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — she made us feel right at home. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area!"
