"The house is in a beautiful residential area. The pool is just a short walk away and there is a grocery store within about a five minute drive. The house is well designed for a three generation family like mine. The only thing that would keep me from coming back next year is the limited accessibility for someone Bummer with mobility issues like myself. like myself."

We were looking for a place at the beach where our grandkids could enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming in their own pool, and plenty of space in the home to spread out and not feel crowded. This home was all that and more! John was very easy to communicate with and very easy going with any requests we had. The home is very spacious and included everything we needed. It was so nice to have towels and sheets provided - one less thing we had to bring along!"

The location is perfect for amy age group whther you want to go tot he community pool, happy hour at Papa Grande's or a delicious waterfront dining at Catch 54. "I have rented homes for the last 15 years in Martha's Vineyard, and I think I can say, this rental experience has to be the best experience I've ever had. When you walk into the home, you would think you were walking into the model home of a new construction development. Never lived in, perfectly designed and staged, with high end finishes throughout the entire home, and immaculately clean. This home is stored with any and everything that a family would need for a weekly stay. Including games and bikes. I believe I reached out to the host maybe 6 or more times, and I honestly don't think it ever took him more than 5 minutes to respond. He obviously takes great pride in being a host, and my family cannot wait to return."
