Beautiful Custom Home Steps Away From Red Rock Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. We loved this beautiful home! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the home was very well stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home away from home. The location was perfect, too. The Sugarloaf Trailhead is right behind the home and was one of our favorite hikes. I definitely recommend!

Loved everything about it, very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. There was enough space for the five of us to spread out. Sugarloaf trail head 5 min walk from the house. Grocery store right down the street and lots of great hiking in the area. Loved the hot tub too.

In a neighborhood that’s quiet but still close to everything. The layout is perfect for a group to gather and hangout together. Plus room and equipment for cornhole in the backyard and a jacuzzi to top it off. The only weird surprise was the javelinas roaming the area after dusk.
