"It has to be a better communication when it is a shorter of water , we got there and it was not water and it was our first time in Puerto Rico so we didn’t know that they have a tank of water inside the unit for emergency, we have to find out for ourselves how to use the emergency tank , because I was told that we were supposed to have some kind of a schedule for the water but we never have a that time , it was always when we were out or a different times, I have to find out on my own and after that I was able to use that water for the toilets and shower and when you go with your family is very inconvenient."

"Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. It really felt like having our own little piece of the rainforest, especially waking up and relaxing to the sounds of nature all around us.
