"This is a clean, nice apartment in a good location. The host is nice and responsive. The problem we faced was incredibly loud music coming from restaurant below between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, even though the restaurant officially closed at 10pm. After the music stopped we still had trouble sleeping from loud dogs barking the rest of the night. "

We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested. It felt like we were communicating with a machine instead of a person. At 12:30 a.m., we still couldn’t get in. Thankfully, a kind resident let us use their access card, which allowed our two carloads...
