While this was not really the hotel’s fault, a clear explanation of the process during booking would have helped avoid the confusion. Other than that minor hiccup, everything else was perfect. The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities met all expectations, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a stay near Delhi Airport. I would happily return and recommend it to others."
