Walkable into airport terminal 3, 2 minutes! ! Great option. For a 4 am flight, however, you cannot enter the hotel without a boarding pass and an employee escorts you to the room. Nice, clean room. Lovely quiet sleep . The staff was amazing!

The hotel is ideal if you have connecting flights to/from T3 at Delhi airport. The hotel have attempted to make it straight forward to reach the hotel - the hotel is internal to the terminal building however there are numerous security and passport checks that need to be undertaken to access the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was functional with an excellent shower. The food is good and there is a reasonable selection. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn at IGI airport and I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Nawab. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist. I truly appreciate the efforts of hospital staff to make my stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The overall service from the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Getting TO the hotel inside DEL terminal 3 is a NIGHTMARE, transferring from an incoming international flight. We arrived after midnight, and that's when the international world descends upon Terminal 3. BUT, once we were in the capable hands of a Holiday Inn Express staff person, we were good.
