  • An exceptional home in a wonderful setting just minutes from Sebastopol awaits you. Revel in the gorgeous, newly renovated backyard with a sparkling pool and hot tub, ready for your enjoyment on this expansive 2-acre property. Central AC is now in place along with a brand new putting green. This single-level home is an ideal base as you explore the myriad of wonderful restaurants and wineries that make Sonoma County a fabulous vacation destination.

    Featuring 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast area, a formal living room with a dining area, and a spacious bonus/media room with an air hockey table provides ample space to unwind. The large pasture behind the main yard offers a perfect place to play ball or explore with your kids or dogs. The garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with PacMan, Ping Pong, and Skeeball to add to the vast list of activities this house has to offer. Ample parking is available for larger vehicles.

    While there is a guest house on the property with long-term renters, there is excellent separation and privacy.

    Visit our 5StarVR site for a 3D tour of this house, details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

    While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed at Sonoma County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Wine country getaway

Pool & hot tub were great fun in a huge beautiful backyard. We barely left the house as we were having so much fun enjoying the backyard. At night we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, watched movies on the big screen TV & played some air hockey, but ran out of time to try all the games. Great place!

Great place in Sebastopol

This was such a great place to stay with our family. The house, not only provided various games (air hockey, skee ball, etc.) but it also had plates/ bowls / cups for the littles. Extra bonus on the pool, which actually with the sun was perfect temperature without having to ask to have it heated. You do hear some of the car noises at night but for the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a tenant in the adjacent ADU but with the fence being there, we never saw them.Definitely would stay there again!

Spectacular Backyard

We had a really nice stay and absolutely loved the backyard - beautifully landscaped, built-in grill, shade structure, gorgeous pool, outdoor shower - the list goes on! It was extremely hot during our stay, and in spite of the pool, we struggled with the lack of AC. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but at the time of our visit, no fans in the kitchen/living areas. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the fun game tables in the family room and game room - loved it!

Swimming With Family & Friends

Our two families booked this home primarily for the heated pool and outdoor space. With our combined four kids (ages 6-8) this house was perfect. The outdoor space is beautiful and while we made good use of the pool and hot tub, we would have enjoyed meals outdoors as well had the weather been warmer. The kids all slept comfortably in the large family room, and even though we brought our own air mattress, the property includes air mattresses and fold up cots with plenty of bedding to spare. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the indoor space was comfortable for our party of eight. We all agreed that we would like to return to this property when the weather is a little warmer.

Sebastopol get away

For San Franciscans used to cool weather, but seeking sun and warmth, this spot is ideal. Cool, foggy nights for good sleep with warm sunny days great for swimming, hiking and exploring a wonderfully diverse area. House has attractive grounds, beautiful small pool and great hot tub. Accommodations were very clean, comfortable with a minimalist aesthetic.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Having 3 king sized beds was such a treat! The family room was the perfect place to watch movies. We really wanted to use the beautiful pool, but the weather didn’t warm up enough. However, we were still able to enjoy the GORGEOUS yard and had lunch outside. Definitely want to come back in the summer!

The house is perfect. Extremely clean and spacious. The back yard just awesome. And the location is fantastic. 10-30 mins to anything from the beach, to amazing wineries, to downtown. Also appreciate they mention the other rental house in their property but honestly it just feels like any other neighbor. It’s a non issue. Great property. Would love to go back.
