Amazing Country House The Ranch

"The Ranch" graces the summit of gently rolling hills, offering breathtaking 360-degree panoramas of Sonoma County. Vast vistas of vineyards, mountains, city lights, orchards, and ranches create an idyllic setting for the ultimate wine country getaway. A newly completed 38' inground pool takes center stage in the stunningly redesigned backyard, providing a refreshing retreat to soak in the views. Adjacent to the pool, a standalone hot tub adds to the private resort experience. With more activities than one can imagine, including a 9-hole disc golf course, bocce ball, pickleball, horseshoes, ping pong, foosball, volleyball, badminton, croquet, cornhole, and more, your days are filled with leisure.

The remodeled home boasts four bedrooms and two full baths. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while one room offers two twin beds. Additional sleeping options include a sofa sleeper in the family room, a huge sectional sofa in the media room and a queen-size Air mattress. The updated kitchen showcases Carrera marble, a Sub Zero fridge, and a high-end range, with seating for twelve at the dining table. Enjoy entertainment with large TVs in the media room and family room downstairs.

For an additional $200 per night plus $50 added to the cleaning fee, The Casita, a beautiful guest studio with a king bed, full bath, full kitchen, laundry, large TV, and sofa, can be added to bring the total to five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This white building near the pool offers added comfort and stunning views. Adding The Casita brings the total to five bedrooms and three full baths.

Located just 10 minutes from the charming wine country town of Sebastopol and the renowned Graton Casino, The Ranch is surrounded by excellent wineries, starting less than a mile away. The beautiful beaches of Bodega Bay and Dillon Beach are within a 20-minute drive.

Explore our 5StarVR site for a 3D tour of this house, information on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, personal trainers, and local restaurants and wineries. All our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, along with various trash bags. Additional fees apply to heat the pool from October through April. The hot tubs is heated at no extra charge year-round. Our houses are non-smoking indoors.

While the Ranch is an ideal setting for family and friends to gather, it strictly adheres to county regulations. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours, between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, must be observed. There is a maximum of 12 people overnight, and 18 people on the property until 8:00 PM. Groups violating these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Great Time!
Our stay at The Ranch was terrific. The 4 bedrooms in the main house were comfortable and worked well for us--then we added the Casita for 3 nights due to adding more family members to the event. The house was large and extremely well supplied with activities, supplies and entertainment options and spaces. I think we were able to use most of the fun activities supplied (pool, jacuzzi, bocce, pickleball, basketball, ping pong, etc). The house fit us well and we really found it relaxing. Randy was very responsive to our communications and friendly in his interactions. We would definitely recommend The Ranch to others. Thank you!

Great getaway!
Spent the July 4th weekend at The Ranch with some friends and had a great experience: the house was clean and well-equipped, there were tons of activities provided, a gorgeous pool, and the view is outstanding (we got to see multiple fireworks displays along the horizon!). The owners were communicative and helpful and everything was totally smooth. Thank you!

Amazing stay!
The house and property was excellent! Contacted the property manager about the fire pit (and it was user error) and they showed up right away. Very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous view, all amenities were great. The only thing I would have to say is it’s extremely remote (awesome one you get there), but it was a little challenging to find and there isn’t a good signal on the roads. Waze took us to the wrong side of the property where there isn’t a gate. Only about a mile away and easy to zoom out and find what streets to use. Google maps showed it correctly. Overall - excellent!!!

Wonderful Hideaway
The property is fantastic, a wonderful hideaway in the Sonoma countryside. It’s quiet, perfectly furnished, with an amazing outdoor living space. Beyond the pool and hot tub, the fire pit, lounge chairs/couches, bocce court, and view are perfect for a weekend away with friends and we never ran out of things to do. For the money, it’s a great spot.

Serene Ranch with a View

The interior is not super luxurious but it's a nice property with a beautiful landscape. A few annoyances like the hot tub didn't get hot and the Brita water filter was moldy, but overall a good stay and comfortable for a large group.

This home is very comfortable for a family gathering. with 3 nice appointed comfortable kings rms. Large couch to cozy’s up to watch a movie together Or football. Family Weekend
We booked this house for a weekend family getaway. We wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday with plenty of outdoor activities and room for our families to relax. It was absolutely perfect. It was a rainy weekend and we asked for the pool to be heated, spent so much time out there soaking in the hot tub and looking at the wonderful views. The game room was a hit; we had bocce ball and ping pong tournaments. For dinner, we grilled on the outdoor patio and everyone was able to sit around the big table in the dining room. Really great for our big family! We ended up having a few questions and Randy was super helpful and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely book this space again.

We celebrated our friends birthday as 4 families and the home was perfect for staying in and doing activities with bocce, the pool and the hot tub. There is a small area of the kitchen with a tv and a couch that the kids hung out on. Was the perfect home base for days out visiting La Crema and Brewsters. Randy and his wife Cheryl were great.

Just Amazing
We visited Sonoma for a long wine tasting weekend and this property far exceeded our expectations. When you first drive up it seems remote (but is really only a 15 min drive to so much stuff). We thought we may be lost after driving through a bit of country to get there. But after pulling up to the property the drive was more than worth it! The property itself is vast and gorgeous with multiple gardens, lots of acres to explore, etc. The amenities are phenomenal. The pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, volleyball court, fire pit, etc. were so fun! Relaxing by the pool looking out over Sonoma valley was like a dream. The house was comfortable with lots of sleeping options, well stocked kitchen, large dining table, and multiple "hang out" spaces. The owner was so nice and friendly and readily available with a problem that arose during our stay. The Casita in the back yard was so cute and well worth the extra to rent. Overall, the property well exceeded our expectations!

Great Family Get Away
If you are looking for a getaway that is close to town but not near any neighbors then this is the place for you. Beautiful home with lots of property, perfectly peaceful and private. The house is well stocked and super clean. Immediately felt at home. The yard is completely fenced in and well maintained. The pool was amazing! Solar heated and just lovely. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. We played a few rounds of corn hole, and bocce ball, and lets talk about the million dollar view, so beautiful and peaceful during the day, and the twinkling lights at night time of the far off town are mesmerizing. We roasted marshmallows and made s'mores around the fire-pit, and cooked all our meals on the BBQ which are both hard wired into gas...so no need to make sure tanks are filled. There is so many fun things to do here. Lots of games and space, for all kinds of fun. We had such an amazing time and we are already planning and looking forward to our next trip! Thank you Randy and Sheryl for the privilege to renting your beautiful property.
