"Room was clean and staff were very pleasant, good amenities in the room & a great view. Elevators are direct to floor, which is very nice. Parking was a nightmare. We arrived and were instructed to circle the block, as they were understaffed in valet and there was nobody to park the vehicle. After circling, finding a spot to pull over, we waited 30 minutes before someone was able to assist us. Very frustrating after a multiple hour drive to get there, and having prepaid parking. Would have been better to pay for an overnight spot elsewhere."

"Old style building. Roof top deck with great view. We only had one issue. We booked shuttle from hotel to airport at 715. In lobby by 7 & told driver would be here shortly. 730 I go back to desk & same clerk said I wasn’t scheduled til 745. We needed to be at airport by 8. He called the driver & he came at 740. He drove very fast & we were there by 810. Not impressed with the scheduling or the driver. He kept slapping himself in the face while driving like he was trying to stay awake. It was a little scary."

"Food could have been better the downstairs bar and dinning closed only breakfast bar available otherwise a lovely place to stay convenient to most areas"

"The hotel is across the street from the many restaurants and shops by the pier. The bar is a nice place to hangout. No many choices for food. Some of the staff was very friendly and treated us very well. Others were just having a bad day. I would recommend it for a day or two."

"Robin was one of the staff who checked in us. Very welcoming and kind. We visited Seattle for our anniversary and she did her best to make our stay special. Hotel is in good location and walkable to every part of the town. Good cafes around. Expensive valet but I guess it is much more convenient and safer compared to other parking around. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and lobby needs some upgrades."

"The Hotel Sorento is a beautiful historic hotel that maintains its original air of glamor and luxury from days gone by. My corner suite was absolutely beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the food from the restaurant in the lobby, Stella, was superb. I was able to walk to Pike Market, and there are many restaurants and shops adjacent to the hotel as well, making it convenient to eat and to shop. I would definitely stay there again."
