"It was 12:45 AM when we were checking in and we had to leave at 5:30 AM for the airport for our flight. We just wanted to check in and sleep. However, they have a new virtual clerk (possibly stationed in Indonesia or Singapore) and it took almost 30 minutes for us to check in. They asked for all of the information that we submitted in Expedia, and they had to have a copy of the drivers' licenses of ALL SIX people staying in the two rooms.
