"Nice clean hotel. The ice cooler on the each floor by the elevators was convenient. Great location. Nice looking lobby with a big fire place, but they barely had it on, you could barely see the flames."

"Friendly staff. Hotel was very close to the Space Needle. We were there for a World Cup game in June walking distance to tram then easy transfer to the train. Very affordable prices. Recommend this property. Overall trip to Seattle was an amazing experience"

"Excellent location. Clean and updated facility. Laundry in the facility helps a lot. Charge Point EV charger in the parking lot too! Breakfast was basic but good enough. 24/7 coffee. It’s not a Hyatt but highly recommended for comfort, safety, convenience, and cleanliness. Excellent Hotel"

"The location is perfect for all activities in the city center. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is rather small and tight. The fitness room is minimal. The restaurant has excellent breakfasts! The light rail station is within one block and the monorail station is a half block away. Pikes Place Market is a 5 minute walk. Overall, an excellent choice."

"Location and price are great"

"Beautiful old hotel with outstanding restaurant and event venue. Staff is wonderful. Location is nice up on First Hill. Because the building is old a few things like heating system and windows have yet to be undated. The staff brought us a room heater that worked really well. I do love this place!!!"
