"I want to start by saying this house was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!! The house was super clean. I love that we were literally steps to the beach. It’s less than a 30 second walk to the beach. The house has everything we needed. The neighborhood was clean. Just spot on for what we needed this weekend. James was nice and helpful through the whole process. "We enjoyed our two night stay at this cute property. It was perfect for my husband and two children (ages 7 & 9). We walked to restaurants and boardwalk both days. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. There was a small coffee both and keurig! I highly recommend!"

"Description for this home said newly renovated. When I asked owner he said that pertained to his other property It was dirty, the roof leaked constantly the grill was filthy and next to 3 dirty garbage cans. Said 2 short blocks to beach was 2 loooong blocks to beach. Nowhere to rinse sand outside so had to fill pans from inside to rinse. Washer and dryer decades old and rusty. 1/2 inch dust on fans and AC units. Cheap broken shades!!!!!!!! I have pics of all. If this is one of your "premier"...

"This was a milestone vacation for us, multigenerational trip with my husband , myself, elderly parents, young adult sons and a teenage son and two dogs. Our first real vacation in over 2 years! Dave and Erica’s place provided us with the much needed privacy with their beautiful private dock and lounge chairs overlooking the bay, private access to our own kayak, paddle boat , great clean grill and amazing outdoor hot/cold shower.
