"There was only one staff who was nice. I don’t know how this place stays open. They make you sign this docs where they say they will charge you fees for everything. Ask for a damage deposit and your id information. The property is in really bad condition. It’s old and broken and dirty. Sheets and pillows smell musty. God knows if they wash them. Furniture and walls and facilities are not just old they’re broken. Be aware that sliding doors to the balcony don’t lock. I asked to be moved to one where the door lock worked and they just said none has a lock. They do they just don’t work. So hope nobody jumps from another room and steals your stuff. If the room is missing something you will also be charged but they can’t even make sure they’re safe. I knew it wasn’t a 5 star hotel but this is a joke. "

"Our room was so dirty we checked out after 10 minutes. There was cobwebs, blood on the heater, one beds sheets were stained yellow, bathrooms were dirty l. Front desk lady was nice but no refund offered. We were very disappointed but thankfully found a cleaner hotel to stay in down the road."

"Receptionist was very cold and border line unfriendly. hotel room was nice but it seems that is not vacumed or swept on regular basis. lots of hair and big dust bunnies all over the floor"

"Very clean spacious room, bathroom and pool and hot tub all clean. Room looked as it does in the room booking selection. Omelet, sausage, and Belgian waffles Breakfast was great minus no bacon. Only comment was close to main road so some rush hour traffic noise and bedding could have had an extra sheet. Close to all malls, IKEA and Costco. "

"Thought it was way overpriced. Water dripped continuously from faucet in bathtub not just drip here and there but was pretty steady. TV did not work. No connection . One slow elevator in operation . So we took the stairs . We like the casino there but will not be staying again. Staff at front desk is very nice and thought they greeted us very well at check in and out . Just expected a much better room for the price ."

"The breakfast was amazing! Hot scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fried potatoes, mini pancakes, a selection of meats, fruits, yogurts, english muffins, toast, bagels, and juices! The gym was great! Free weights, treadmill, machines. There's a pool with a water slide. The rooms were very clean. The shower was the best shower I've had in ages! And the staff was friendly.I can't say enough about this hotel. We were very pleased."
