"Had family visiting from out of town for several days and not everyone would fit at my home. This was a fantastic option to give some older folks a little more privacy and their own space. Super clean, newly remodeled, with modern amenities and quaint surroundings in the heart of an Amish neighborhood. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."
