Great hosts with excellent communication, cabin was clean and well maintained. Easy check-in and everything we needed was there. Beautiful quiet setting!
This was our third booking with Pine Valley Cabins. We keep coming back because the quality & cleanliness of the cabins as well as the peaceful surroundings can't be beat. Karen & Lewis are great hosts & we love that Pine Valley is the perfect location as a "home base" for all our recreational activities in the area. 5 stars all the way!
My daughter and I stayed one night in this clean, well- stocked cabin. The beds were very comfortable. Heat was easily adjusted. Window blinds were easily positioned. Firepit stocked with dry kindling and firewood and Adirondack chairs. Also bottled water water was provided.chairs.
The property is well kept and maintained even during cold weather months. Everything was included and there for you on arrival. Definitely would recommend this stay if you want to hike in Adam’s county and visit the serpents mound.
We had an exceptional one night stay in this secluded cabin in the woods. We made use of the fire pit and wood that was provided and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Cabin had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfy! Great communication with owner. Highly recommend.
Very nice cabin, decor and location. It would be nice to have TV or stronger Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi was very weak. Recommend owner/manager verify staples like shampoo, conditioner and soap are adequate for the upcoming guests. Waiting for towels to finish washing and put it the dryer is a bit of a time killer when you are trying to leave. Would stay again though!
We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful cabin, while in Ohio to visit some friends. We chose Hunter’s Lodge because it looked like a step up from some of the other motels in the area and we were not disappointed!
From the moment we turned off the highway, we were treated to the most beautiful scenery. As we arrived at the cabin, it was the most idyllic backdrop of lush greenery and trees.
The cabin itself if very generous in space, there were only two of us, but it would have comfortably held at least 3 more people; I could even see 6-8 people being comfortable here.
The cabin features a full kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, WiFi, plenty of very soft towels and the cutest little dining table. The cabin was also very clean when we arrived. There’s plenty of outside seating so you can enjoy sitting under the stars at night.
The Hunter’s Lodge cannot be beat, it’s really an immersive experience to get to stay here and will give you beautiful memories that last a lifetime!
Lovely cabin not far off the beaten path, nestled in an area of the woods that have five other Pine Valley Cabins. Each cabin has their own fire pit with wood provided. This was my favorite place to sit and just listen to the woods and birds! Beds were very comfy and the cabin was spotless with everything you need. Our Mint mobile cell phones didn't work in that area, but the Wifi worked great. We rented the cabin as a place to lay our heads on an overnight stop on the way home from North Carolina to Michigan. I would just advise being cautious about leaving the Pine Valley Cabin area. We tried to go for a walk up the road and noticed the neighbors don't keep their dog leashed (he was not happy to see us, but there may have been an electric fence as he stopped short of the road and they called him back to the house - phew!). The cabin was so well stocked and tidy. I would just suggest two items...More blankets, the blanket for the person sleeping on the futon couch was more like a medium sized throw blanket; and, two, a way to operate the fans...we could turn them on and off, but there was no (obvious) way to turn on the fan without the light, or the light without the fan, or a way to change the speeds. I think this might make a summer visit tricky, though there is a very nice AC unit in the bedroom.
Another great stay at our favorite venue in the area. Clean, comfortable & well-appointed, Pine Valley Cabins is a great place to stay. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!
The cabin is lovely and a great place to disconnect from the world. I didn’t miss the TV at all. The place was spotless and the managers were very responsive. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, body wash and blow dryer as there are none on site.
Very nice! Place is well kept. Great setting. Pictures don’t do justice. Fire pit out front with wood box was great. We all enjoyed s’mores! Home away from home. Diffently would recommended to others. I know we’ll be back. Thank you.
