"Hotel was in a convinient location from Disneyland about a 12 mile drive, 45 minite to Universal. Some minor details in cleanliness, but its enough for staying a few nights. Breakfast is not included, but they had free coffee from 6-10 and a Jack in the Box is like 3 minutes walking distance. "The Motel is good and clean. However, we had a bad experience with Vanessa working on the front desk, she hang up the phone on us while we were asking a general question about the Motel policy for check in, and told us we have to call expedia and hang up the phone right away In addition, our room we booked wasn’t available so they had to refund me and make me book directly through Motel 6, what made me lose my benefits when booking with expedia"

"We got woken up at 7am and could not go back to sleep! We had a hard time watching and hearing the T.V. because of the same loud and continueness noises of the guys working on the property! In fact, there was a worker drilling the light or something right in front of my room door. Either noise would of woken us up but both...theres no way we were sleeping past 7am. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Orange County. Staff were very nice. We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready but the manager gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a suite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They have onsite valet service so you don’t have to hassle with the parking. Plenty of food options in the hotel as well as the surrounding area. If you are going to Disney they even have a shuttle bus that drops you off at the front gate. I highly recommend this hotel. "
