Advice from staff on things to do in town was perfect, from museums to music concerts. And I chatted to the owner, Frank, who is a real professional, clearly focused on customer satisfaction. "Friendly staff and lovely hotel. Breakfast was great, good choice. Asked for an iron and they leant an iron and ironing board. Nice touches with a Prosecco for breakfast on Easter Sunday and also a chocolate egg left for us. Good location and Uber was cheap. Thought the staff were great. "

"We really had a good time as a family. It is a self check in and we were provided with instructions. The property is clean and almost complete of your basic needs. It’s about 5-7 min walk to the nearest tram/metro to go around the city. The property is quiet and secured. There were few broken things that I reported right away. It could have been caused by previous occupiers. One of the sofa bed has a broken slat. It did not bother us as my youngest just shared a bed with her sister. The shower...

"Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were simple and compact, but clean and functional. Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. I’ve had many nice massages but the couples massage here was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Whirlpool bath was a romantic and luxurious addition. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience."
