Beach Walk Unit 28 Lot 106. Beach Walk in The Sea Ranch is the perfect retreat to relax, rejuvenate and re-connect with the important things in life. Beautiful, serene vistas from both decks, an inviting spa, updated, well-appointed kitchen are all ready for you. Listen to the sound of the ocean, star gaze at night, and walk on some of the most beautiful ocean bluff trails you will ever see. Our home can accommodate six people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in both the guest bedroom and loft. We are dog and kid friendly too! My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but Sea Ranch remains our favorite place to spend time just the two of us or with family and friends. If you have been here, then you already know. If not, come experience this very special place yourself.

The ocean view, the hot tub and the proximity to the hiking trails are its best features. We never turned on the TV but instead watched beautiful sunsets and later a sky filled with stars.

We had a very relaxing time sitting in the hot tub or on the deck watching the deer and the rabbits. This is a great place to just get away from it all.

This was our first time staying in this part of The Sea Ranch - it's a great location - close to beautiful cliff side trails, quick grocery runs to Gualala and far enough away from the highway to be very peaceful. We stayed here while our son was at camp nearby - very welcoming for dogs, and quite clean with a great kitchen. There were a few minor items I ended up buying for the kitchen to make it easier to cook at home, but otherwise the kitchen was large, modern and well-equipped. The bathrooms were not updated but large and clean. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There were some yellow jackets on the patio and I have made the manager aware of this, realizing that the property is in the country and this type of insect does live here too! Overall a very relaxing vacation with our dogs.

This house does not have absolute privacy—houses fairly close on either side—but with very few people around, it was no big deal. The hot tub was clean and luxurious; the WiFi was more than adequate; and the house has everything you need for a deeply relaxing time. Great, well-stocked kitchen. But note that the stove is electric, not gas, as advertised. We also found the rental agents really helpful and responsive. Of course all the wonderful walking trails are right there, too.

We spent three nights here with our little doxies. We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the games that they had. The hot tub with the ocean view is exactly why we booked this place and it did not disappoint! The amount of trails with breathtaking ocean views was such a blessing. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet.. that is when the 100’s of sheep that were quiet literally all over the property.. not making noise. I’m still a little confused about why there were hundreds of sheep in the neighborhood though? They are quite loud, so i feel that should have been mentioned somewhere. We would definitely go back, but at least know what to expect next time. Things to note: property was wonderful but the ants were frustrating. We learned that they were coming from the sink drains. So if you use the raid that was under the sink and spray it in the drains it really helped keep them away. Lastly do not book this listing w VRBO. They charge ridiculous fees to just host it on their platform. Go to the actual website of Beach Rentals and book directly from there! Way less fees! Can’t wait to go back to Sea Ranch!

The main floor accommodations worked well for us, but if you need access to the 3rd bedroom the spiral staircase to the loft is very challenging. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for all our cooking needs. The deck is dog safe but there is no outdoor space for pets to do their business without being on leash. The very best aspect of this house is the relatively short walk to 2 of the best beaches at Sea Ranch, Walk on Beach and Shell Beach. Neither of these beaches require stair access.

It was our first time in this home and we will definitely return. We loved the layout of the home. The living space is comfortable and airy feeling. We had a great getaway with our son and pups. I forgot most places in the Sea Ranch don't have fences, so remember you will need to have a pooch who is a really good listener or have your leash at the ready for pottie breaks. The house is very clean and as mentioned before, well stocked. If there is something specific you need in the kitchen, just bring it with. But they have most everything you would need. I highly recommend for a family or three couples. Plenty of room.

The location was great - near trails and Walk on Beach and our friends home at Sea Ranch. Only had two small issues - after arriving and unpacking our food we had an invasion of ants on the kitchen counter. The master toilet had to be plunged a few times. Other than those small items, the stay was great and the home was very comfortable.

The kitchen was well equipped and in working order. There is a nice view from the living room and deck of an open field and ocean in the background. It rained our entire stay but when it let up a bit there are many trails and coastal hikes nearby. If it was going to rain and we stayed indoors, it was a great place to stay. The beds were all comfortable, overall clean, but since it rained a lot we noticed both skylights would drip in the bathrooms.Sea Ranch beach rentals was great in responding to any questions that we had about the property.Thank you for sharing your home and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Of all places I've stayed at Sea Ranch, this one ranks as the property with the best view. The deck facing the ocean, which is where the hot tub is located) provides since protection from the wind and plenty of comfortable seating for watching the sun drop into the horizon. Inside, the property has the typical Sea Ranch style that I so love (lots of natural wood, plenty of light from very large windows in the living/dining area, and not a lot of clutter). I will be reserving this property in the future if available!

We arrived after 5 pm and easily found our folder with details and keys at the real estate office in Gualala. Finding the Sea Ranch property in the dark was a bit challenging since the development does a fantastic job of discouraging light pollution (no street lamps, lit road signs, street numbers, etc.) but we eventually found the house. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are of comfortable size. I especially enjoyed the bed linens--comfy, elegant, understated. The bathrooms needed a bit more cleaning in those hard to reach corners--those areas that light up when the sun is just so. The main living area is spacious and integrates the kitchen, dining, and seating part well. It had been a warm day since we found the indoor temperature to be in the higher 80s and it was quite stuffy. We opened all windows that had screens (not all have screens). Lots and lots of dead insects. We found the hot tub motor to be quite noisy and turned it off when we wanted to have the sliding door open or sit out on the deck. That deck is the one with the glimpse of the ocean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
