    Recreation Passes:
    Per The Sea Ranch Association HOA rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

    PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.

    Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
    Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day.

Wonderful clean and cozy place with lots of hiking trails around Sea Ranch and to the ocean. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed for our stay. Having a clean gas grill was a plus to cook on as well. Note that you have to drive to Gualala (5 minutes away) for key pick up/drop off at the office (Surf Market next door is a great grocery store to pick up some tasty snacks and food).

We loved our stay in this house and cannot wait to go back. It was a lovely place, great location, and very nice management. The kitchen was extremely equipped. The directions for everything were very clear and everything was in nice condition.

Reviewer Comments: This home has a particularly great layout and location for a sea ranch rental — it is a great choice for anyone traveling who has mobility limitations as the ground floor of the home is stainless, and it is only a 5-10 minute fairly flat walk to walk on beach and the bluff trail. The upstairs loft is open to the rest of the house so is a 3rd bed that can be used only for someone who can manage the very tiny but charming spiral stairs (a kid would love it!) The kitchen is well stocked and the kitchen and bathrooms both feel fresh and updated in a home that has otherwise been allowed to keep its rugged sea ranchness. The bedrooms are also fresh and comfortable. I hesitate to review it so positively for fear that it will book up, because I will definitely return to it in the future.

Relaxing Getaway

The ocean view, the hot tub and the proximity to the hiking trails are its best features. We never turned on the TV but instead watched beautiful sunsets and later a sky filled with stars.

Great location but needs a little attention

Reviewer Comments: Given no issues, this property would have been great but the showers are less then desirable and the master bed seemed like it didn’t fit the frame and the box spring was just under the frame. It would have been nice to know the ant problem ahead of the trip so we could have brought things from home to be prepared to address the issue during our stay. Otherwise, location was great. Kitchen was stocked and functional for great dinners spent with family.

Beautiful Weekend Getaway!

We had a great getaway with our son and pups. I forgot most places in the Sea Ranch don't have fences, so remember you will need to have a pooch who is a really good listener or have your leash at the ready for pottie breaks. The house is very clean and as mentioned before, well stocked. If there is something specific you need in the kitchen, just bring it with. But they have most everything you would need. I highly recommend for a family or three couples. Plenty of room.

Our problem was with the lighting as we are readers! We could hardly see to do hair in the master bath and the 2nd bedroom lighting wasn't much better. Also the lights in the window seats were much too low and one was totally missing. This may be a small thing to some, I get that, but really? Yes, we could have gone out and bought a bunch of bulbs, but we shouldn't have to. Yes, I would recommend this home, but with a warning about the lights

Peaceful and wonderful - just ignore the sheep!

We spent three nights here with our little doxies. We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the games that they had. The hot tub with the ocean view is exactly why we booked this place and it did not disappoint! The amount of trails with breathtaking ocean views was such a blessing. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet.. that is when the 100’s of sheep that were quiet literally all over the property.. not making noise. I’m still a little confused about why there were hundreds of sheep in the neighborhood though? They are quite loud, so i feel that should have been mentioned somewhere. We would definitely go back, but at least know what to expect next time. Things to note: property was wonderful but the ants were frustrating. We learned that they were coming from the sink drains. So if you use the raid that was under the sink and spray it in the drains it really helped keep them away. Lastly do not book this listing w VRBO. They charge ridiculous fees to just host it on their platform. Go to the actual website of Beach Rentals and book directly from there! Way less fees! Can’t wait to go back to Sea Ranch!

Great House and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Sea Ranch for over 50years. We were a party of 4 adults, 1 infant and 1 dog. The main floor accommodations worked well for us, but if you need access to the 3rd bedroom the spiral staircase to the loft is very challenging. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for all our cooking needs. The deck is dog safe but there is no outdoor space for pets to do their business without being on leash. The very best aspect of this house is the relatively short walk to 2 of the best beaches at Sea Ranch, Walk on Beach and Shell Beach. Neither of these beaches require stair access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stays in Sea Ranch. We like the lication of this home where we can easily walk to wonderful beaches and is so close to Gualala. The home is well maintained with wonderful new appliances although the furnishings are a little dated. We especially enjoy the hot tub and the ocean view from the deck.

Beach Walk Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful and the house is neat and clean. Our only critical observation is that it would be great if there were bug screens on the large sliding doors so when the home gets hot in the afternoon we could open the sliding doors to cool down the residence.

Great time relaxing at Beach Walk!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time staying at Beach Walk—really nice water view from the house & close to a couple of the Sea Ranch walking trails. I also liked being towards the north end of Sea Ranch since it made it super convenient to go into Gualala for food, etc. I had my dog with me and he loved it too. The house was very clean & well-maintained too.
