"Pros Kitchen has everything you need.There is a trail directly behind the house that leads to the bluffs nearby.The house was clean upon our arrival.Ocean view off back porch.Cons:Hot tub jets are super weak.The clothes dryer does not work.The master bed sags in the middle.The check in process was so co.bersome. having to take pictures of your ID then get authorization to send confirmation pictures of yourself. I had to almost beg via email to get check in instructions.The parking area in front of the house has very little rock. It appeared as someone had just mowed the entire area the day we arrived amd this made it nearly impossible not to track in loose grass even when lea ing shoes outsside the front door."

"I highly recommend this house for a family or friend gathering. There is a lot of space for hanging out as a group or you can find a private space for yourself. The house is right on the main bluff walk easily accessible to a beautiful black sand beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill was easily acccessible and worked."

A wall of books to choose from if we'd forgotten to bring ours. Deer wandering by. Chatty mountain jays. We had a lovely stay!"
