When I walked into my room I was "Wow this room is so clean and fresh looking". I was totally relaxed and felt very safe at this Hotel. Chris at the front desk welcomed Me like I was his best friend! Also a young lady from Housekeeping can with a new converter for my T.V. but realized it wasn't the converter problem. She had the head guy from maintenance call me and he was at my room within minutes and solved the issues by moving me to a new room right above the first room I was in. then offered me a late check out along with a credit.
This beautiful Hotel and restaurants bent over backwards for You to be comfortable and feel at home.

"The housekeeping knocks two times even we put sign on our door outside we are not ready, and she open the door at same time instead of waiting for us to open it. At the restaurant in the morning one guy keeps coming to everybody’s table, we prepare eating in peace. "
"We enjoyed the quiet room. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a city Pass for Toronto upon arrival were a little worried about how far it was, there is easy access to the 401,407,and 405, which made the trip into Toronto easier. Newmarket has everything you might need, restaurants, fast foods, Walmart.
The only complaint we would have is that breakfast was never hot ( beans,eggs,sausage) "
