"Loud neighbors would not quiet down until 2 hrs past quiet policy. I called front desk 2 times “i will call them but i m trying to obide by policy” it was 1030 pm at this point. I had to wake my 2 children up at an early hour for a basketball game they were not well rested for. I was unable to be transferred rooms as none available. .. i did not have to pay parking which was great however not a restful Night at all. "

"The room was nice, quaint, for one person it was just right. The bed was a little too soft for me. Everything else in the room was great. Breakfast was good though the hot items could be a little warmer. I also ate dinner there which was convenient and again the meal was warm not hot. Finally the staff behind the counters were very friendly and helpful."

"I had a very disappointing experience at an Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood. The room conditions were far below expectations — it felt poorly maintained, outdated. The overall condition of the room did not match what was advertised online. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction/renovation, which created noise and an uncomfortable environment during the stay. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. When I tried to resolve the issue, Expedia provided no helpful options to change or cancel the reservation, leaving me stuck despite the poor conditions. This experience completely fell short of what you expect from a brand like Embassy Suites. I would not recommend staying here"
