"Horrible customer service !!! Changed the price of my stay!!! Wouldn't change rate even after the mistake happened and pointed out at 29 min check in!!!!!! AWFUL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHOLE STAY...BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS WITH RATES!!!!!!! SHAME ON RESERVATION!!!"

"So much pot smoking couldnt even enjoy out balcony. Didnt have chanpagne in the room as stated as well."

"Pretty much the best part of our room was that the door locked and we had hot water. The ice machine didn’t work because it was outside, we had a nice brown stain on our window curtain, another yellowish stain on one of the pillowcases, the tile between the carpet and the sink was cracked and could’ve easily cut one of our feet, the chair in the corner was very dirty, a lot of the items in the bathroom were not secured to the wall. The shower head and bathtub nozzle were extremely loose, the towel holder was loose, and another bar in the bathroom was loose although I wasn’t sure what that one would be used for. The breakfast bar had grapefruits as well. Normally I’d have one but one of them was moldy on our first day so I decided to just not have any the rest of the time we were there. I did take pictures and videos of everything except for the fruit. However, I will say that the woman who helped check us in was very pleasant. She had red hair and tattoos."

"Fun place for family, staff is friendly, and parking isnt bad. The Bad.. The place is swarming with mosquitoes and our hotel had dozens of them flying inside. My son is highly allergic and got bit in the face multiple times causing me to take him to Urgent care. Now his face looks like a large black eye and I have a medical bill."

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale

"This is a very nice place and the staff is wonderful! We have stayed here a couple of times. We don’t live far. It’s a nice staycation when we need a night of relaxation away from home! I do have to say, this time there was a bit of a mosquito problem inside our room. We killed a few, but my son was bit a few times throughout. And, our tv kept freezing up in the middle of shows and we had to turn it on and off several times throughout the night. That was frustrating! Maybe they need a better internet service for the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where that has happened before. That was a little disappointing!"

Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows

"Pool chairs are usually marked in the morning until about early evening. Will need a car to get around to most places but within walking distance to a shopping area. One restaurant on site. Peaceful, nice views, serene Decent spa with separate pool Rooms are overall clean"

Hotel Valley Ho

"Our annual trip to the Ho was spectacular..relaxing. Love sitting by the and people watching. Would say that pool is not as sparkling clean like it normally has been the next morning."

Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch

"This was such a nice stay! I’m local to Scottsdale, and wanted a little staycation after a lot of work travel, so I landed on the Sonesta Gainey Ranch. I stayed 5 nights. I’m so glad I did! This place exceeded my expectations. I work in UNHW travel and this place is on par with hotels that are much more expensive. The room was so nice, and it really was like a little apartment. Very clean and spacious. I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom, which was very cool. I had a view of the pool and loved it. It did get a little loud on Friday and Saturday night because of the onsite bar, but nothing too crazy. Just people having fun! The breakfast was a huge highlight, amazing hot food and lots of variety. They don’t serve the same breakfast twice in a row, so it was fun to have all sorts of food. They have healthy food options as well. The bed and the couch in the room were extremely comfortable, I was very impressed. I have a bad back injury and the furniture was such a relief after a long day of work travel. The pool area and Terrace Bar were lovely! Very resort-y vibes without the price tag. Happy hour was so fun! They have local wines and beer and yummy food from 5-6pm. Overall, a true 5/5 experience. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Sonesta Gainey Ranch!"
